The ongoing, gradual collapse of Islamic State’s central command in Syria has seen the adoption a hub-and-spoke system that shares fundraising responsibilities across the global network.

In this CTF Online Symposium, Stephen Reimer of the Centre for Financial Crime and Security Studies will be joined by Prof. Dr. Marieke de Goede and Maja Dehouck from the University of Amsterdam to discuss the importance of addressing the ethical and legal aspects of Public-Private Partnerships in the framework of countering financial crime. They will propose 10 best practice recommendations, grounded in a three-year academic study.
